Refund policy
Overview
Afriano accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Customers have 30 days after delivery to request a return for eligible items. Returns are by mail only. Reach out to support before shipping anything back so the package can be matched to your order and reviewed correctly.
Before You Send A Return
Email hello@afriano.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your request is accepted, we will reply with mail-in return instructions. Items mailed back without an approved request will not be accepted.
Item Condition
Returned items must be in new condition only: unworn or unused, in the same condition received, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and with the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Returns are by mail. Who pays for the return depends on the reason:
- If you are not satisfied (change of mind, size, color, or any other non-defective return): the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.
- If the item is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect: we are responsible for the return shipping label.
A trackable shipping method is recommended.
There is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Items Outside The Return Policy
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products, final-sale items, or products marked non-returnable on the product page.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, return the eligible original item for a refund (per this policy) and place a new order separately.
Refund Review And Timing
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since approval, contact hello@afriano.com
