Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $4.99.

Handling Time

Handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern begin handling on the next business day. Handling time is separate from transit time.

Transit Time

After an order ships, standard U.S. transit time is estimated at 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday.

Total Delivery Time

Combined handling and transit is typically 6-13 business days from order to delivery.

These timeframes are estimates and may change because of destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately; changes may be limited once a package is in transit.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can review the available shipment information.
